1) How much does shipping cost? $5.25 on all orders up to $74.99. On orders $75.00 and above shipping is FREE*. *We do offer FREE shipping on all orders occasionally. These days are chosen randomly. If you would like to be notified of these days in advance, please sign up for our newsletter. (The only time we send out our newsletter is to announce new products, specials including FREE shipping days and important baby product recalls. And we never sell your email address.) If you do not want to receive our newsletter, feel free to just stop by our website and check for the FREE SHIPPING sign. It will only be located on the top right corner of our homepage on actual free shipping days. 2) What are your shipping methods? Our gifts are shipped by several different methods including USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx. Shipping varies because many of our items are sent straight from the artist or creator to you. 3) How long will it take to ship my order? The amount of time varies. Some gifts are handmade or personalized and take more time than others. The specific amount of time will be listed on every product information page. 4) Do you offer overnight delivery? Yes! There is an additional charge per gift for overnight delivery. The specific amount is listed on the product information page. 5) Do you keep all items in stock? Some items are kept in stock, but not all. We have many handmade and personalized gifts that are shipped directly from the artist or creator. 6) Do you ship outside of the United States? No, not at this time. 7) What is your Return Policy? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange. The only exceptions are personalized gifts. They may not be returned unless we made the error. If so, we will make the correction at no additional cost to you. For returns, send us an email within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will give you a return number to place on your package. Return shipping costs will be at the sender's expense. Item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. For exchanges, send us an email within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will give you a number to place on your package. Shipping charges to Baby Gift Boutique and back to customer, are at customer's expense. Item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. All returns and exchanges must be received within 25 days of the date of the email you receive from the Baby Gift Boutique with the requested return or exchange number. 8) Is your site secure for credit card orders? Yes, our shopping cart uses a Secure Server to process your credit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 9) What is your Privacy Policy? Information collected is used only for processing credit cards or producing personalized products. All information is confidential and is never sold, exchanged or shared with another company. 10) Do you offer gift wrapping? It's offered on some of our gifts, at an additional charge. Check on the product information page for availability. And, remember to fill out the message for the gift card. Gift cards are available for most items. 11) Is it possible to mail, fax or phone-in orders? Yes.
